BETHLEHEM, PA - June 10, 2002 - The Adaptik Corporation announced that George "Terry'' Van Gilder was appointed today to its advisory board.
Mr. Van Gilder began his career with the Chubb Group of Insurance Companies in 1971. He worked in a variety of underwriting and executive assignments with Chubb, and served as Chief Underwriting Officer from 1993 to 1995. He served as Chairman of Risk Management Solutions, Inc. from May 1995 to May 1997. Most recently, Mr. Van Gilder was President and CEO of Reliance Insurance.
Mr. Van Gilder also serves as a Director of Allied World Assurance Holdings, Ltd., The Navigators Group and Cold Day Corporation.
